We are very pleased to announce an expansion of the 505 Cedar Creek Ranch Club equestrian center beginning this spring. The pasture encompassing the current barn will soon be enhanced with expanded stables (tripling capacity), a riding arena, horse runs and fencing, and a regulation polo field.

The new equestrian center will be a full service facility and will be professionally managed. Activities will include trail riding, polo, and other equestrian disciplines, as well as programs for adults, kids and grandkids wishing to learn English or Western horsemanship. The new equestrian center will be an attractive amenity available to all owners, bringing another unique luxury to the 505 Ranch.

As of the end of 2009, 40% of the lots are sold and closed! There are now two homes completed, three homes under construction, one to start in January and another in early spring. The sizes of the first five homes range from 7,000 SF to 10,000 SF under roof. Some other owners have finalized plans. Three boat docks have been completed and several more are about to begin for year round enjoyment. With the lake on one side of your home, and the ranch on the other, the 505 is still a wonderful year-round destination – beautiful water front lots and a ranch! And we take care of the ranch. And we are only 45 minutes from downtown Dallas.
